Season EIGHT

2021/2022

"The company is incredibly strong, executing powerful and dynamic choreography that tested their skills in adage, allegro and composition. Each individual was focussed and committed and delivered a highly complex and physically demanding repertoire.

It was an absolute pleasure to see the return of veteran company dancers Bella Russell, Niki Trifon and Shae Acevski perform once again. The work they have been doing since I last saw them dance is evident. Slow moving adage sequences demanded complete core control whilst performing - it was simply beautiful and inspiring - a test of strength and endurance in which they delivered in spades.

This season works titled Sovereign was a collection of pieces that both varied as much in choreography as they did in song choices. Congratulations to Artistic Director Lucy Mary-Claire and her team of incredibly gifted artists, choreographers, teachers, dancers and support humans. Your dedication, commitment and energy to produce an evening in such a professional and nurturing environment is outstanding and greatly appreciated."
